Medication Procedure

No medication may be given in school unless a medication form is signed by the child's doctor. This form may be obtained from the School Nurse. The medication must be in a labeled pharmacy bottle, not an envelope or baggie. At no time will over-the-counter medication be given without a written order and proper form from the physician. In the event of an emergency or unscheduled sick call, a written note from both parent and physician will be accepted.
